This policy applies to all processing carried out by GGL RECORDS SRL (hereinafter "GGL" or the "Data Controller"), whose registered office is located at chaussée d'Alsemberg 367, 1190 Forest, Belgium, registered with the BCE under number 1037.338.091, of Users' personal data: collected on the website accessible via the domain names angelevl.be, angele.live and angele.music (the "Site"), published by GGL; and collected in connection with the management of the "GGL Club", the fan club dedicated to the artist Angèle.

The Site is hosted by Shopify (data centers located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another country ensuring data security in accordance with the GDPR). As data controller, GGL determines the purposes and means of processing and undertakes to comply with the Belgian law of 30 July 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC. "User" means any person who visits or interacts with the Site, or who subscribes to the newsletter or the GGL Club.
The GGL Club is a fan club for the artist Angèle that allows registered Users, without guarantee and at GGL's discretion, to access early information, invitations and exclusives. Registration is personal, non-transferable and free, and may be capped at GGL's sole discretion.
Registration requires an Android or iOS phone and the Google Wallet or Apple Wallet app. It is done by activating an electronic membership card saved in the phone's wallet. The card is issued by Snapss.io, and its activation requires prior acceptance of Snapss.io's terms of use, in addition to this policy.
Information, invitations and links to exclusive content are sent via "push notifications" on the membership card. GGL does not guarantee the frequency, nature or quantity of notifications. Disabling push notifications means the User will no longer receive these communications.
Unsubscription is done by written request to [email protected]. Removing the card from the wallet does not constitute unsubscription (the card can be reactivated via the link sent by email at registration). Unsubscribing from the GGL Club does not imply unsubscribing from the newsletter, and vice versa. GGL may, at any time and at its discretion, deactivate all or part of the cards, change the technology, the name of the fan club or the benefits granted.

The Site may contain links to GGL's or the artist Angèle's pages/accounts on social networks ("Linked Sites"), or to third-party websites ("Third-Party Sites"), which are not under GGL's control. Users access them at their own responsibility and are invited to review their terms, cookie policies and privacy policies (notably Meta, Google, TikTok and X). GGL accepts no liability regarding these sites.
Data may be shared with staff and collaborators bound by confidentiality. GGL may use processors that handle the data on its behalf; transfers are based on an agreement limiting use of the data to the necessary processing only and requiring security measures. Data may be stored or transferred outside the EU in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses). In the event of disclosure to third parties for direct marketing purposes, the User is informed beforehand to obtain consent.
At any time, the User may exercise their rights by email to [email protected] or by post (with a copy of their ID) to: chaussée d'Alsemberg 367, 1190 Forest, Belgium. In accordance with the GDPR, the User has the following rights:
Complaint : the User may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels; [email protected]; autoriteprotectiondonnees.be), or before the competent court.
GGL implements appropriate technical and organizational measures: standard encryption during data transfer/collection, password protection of networks and devices, backups and archiving, confidentiality obligations, storage with a hosting provider offering security guarantees. GGL notifies any data breach to the supervisory authority (art. 33) and to affected Users (art. 34) within the required timeframes.
For service-improvement and statistical purposes, certain data may be processed in anonymized form (age range, gender, city/country, operating system type, etc.). Such anonymized data no longer constitutes personal data and may be retained without time limit.
GGL reserves the right to modify this document at any time by publishing the amended version on the Site. Users are invited to review it regularly.
This policy is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be brought before the French-speaking courts of the judicial district of GGL's registered office.
